I would like to share Insight #55 from my book “The Dangerous Book for CEOs”.
I believe in keeping the most important things front of mind, because what’s front of mind gets done. Also, when something is visible in a way that allows you to see links or relationships or possibilities, that visibility stimulates you to build on those connections – to find new links, new strategies, and new resources. When you keep something important visible and at the front of your mind, it stimulates you and allows the creative juices to flow. We all know how powerful visualising is, whether we actually understand it or not. What we focus on expands.
